We tried sticky rollers, vacuums and tape, and nothing kept up. So we went looking for simple tools that actually work, tested them at home, and kept only the ones we would buy again.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. US delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, EU delivery 7–14 business days. You get a tracking link by email.

Does the roller work on cat hair?

Yes. It works on dog and cat hair on fabric and upholstery.

Can I use the roller on my pet?

No. It's made for furniture and fabric only.

Are the lick mats safe?

They're made of silicone. Always supervise your pet and take the mat away if it gets chewed.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort out a refund. See Returns below.

Do you ship to Europe?

Yes, to most EU countries. Prices for EU orders include VAT at checkout, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.

  • United States: 5–10 business days. Free over $35, otherwise $4.99.
  • European Union: 7–14 business days. Free over €39, otherwise €5.99.
  • Tracking is emailed when your order ships.
  • No tracking movement for 20 days? Contact us and we'll reship or refund.

Returns & refunds

  • 30-day happy pet guarantee: contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • EU customers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving a reason.
  • Damaged or faulty? Send a photo and we'll refund or replace it. No return needed.
  • Change of mind: return it unused in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.
  • Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
